Technical Support Specialist
We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support a multiple site, non-profit organization in Tulsa. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and will work closely with all departments.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Troubleshooting common Level 1 hardware problems
  • Upgrading network hardware and software components
  • Installing, upgrading and configuring network printing
  • Directory structures, rights, security and software on file servers
  • Entering help desk tickets
  • Preparing help desk reports
  • Ordering IT department supplies
  • Running Windows updates, anti virus updates, and other software updates on computers as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be a self starter able to work with limited supervision
  • Must have reliable transportation (limited local travel required)
  • Must possess an operating knowledge of Windows Vista, Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2000 and later
  • Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software Engineer - 6 Month Contract to Hire
This job requires an energetic, self-starter. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver with the tenacity to overcome project barriers. Confidence, humility, flexibility, and excellent communication skills are important. Specific work responsibilities include the knowledge of Windows and Web development with Visual Basic .NET 2003. Development experience with Visual Studio .NET 2005 and SQL Server 2005 preferred but not necessary. While this position is a minimum of 6 months as a contract employee, JUMP may choose to offer a permanent engagement after 90 days.
