The seminar was jam-packed with very useful information...can't believe you covered so much in an hour! It gives us alot to think about but definitely good information. And we like the "DIY" approach: because we are a small business, we don't have a big IT staff (or any, really) so we need tools that WORK and that doesn't cost a fortune.
